Music for Queensland

The recent School of Music benefit concert 'Music for Queensland' raised $10830 for the victims of the Queensland floods.

Conceived and organised by Honours year piano student, Andrew Rumsey, ANU staff Barbara Jane Gilby, David Pereira, Geoffrey Lancaster, Louise Page, Marcela Fiorillo and Vernon Hill along with students from the School of Music, the benefit concert sold over 500 tickets with a total of $10830 going towards the Queensland Premier's Disaster Appeal.
